Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the realms of business and finance to his role as Marking Coordinator at NSPC. With a Bachelor of Business with a major in Applied Finance on the cusp of completion, Martin is well-equipped to enhance the educational processes within NSPC. Having experienced a range of different tutoring companies himself, he saw how many centres relied on superficial feedback which did not give students a direct road to success. Recognising the importance of personalised and detailed feedback, Martin is dedicated to ensuring that every student at NSPC receives the support they need to thrive academically.

Drawing on his diverse background, Martin leads a team of over 20 markers at NSPC, setting a high standard for quality and efficiency in their work. His strategic approach to driving the marking operations forward is guided by his innovative methods and unwavering commitment to excellence. By prioritising understanding over memorisation, Martin believes in empowering students to grasp the underlying concepts and principles, rather than simply focusing on rote learning.
